​​One afternoon I walked into our bedroom and the light coming through the window created these wonderful shadows. I quickly photographed it and used the photo for this still life set-up.

​​Watercolor on yupo is the perfect combination for rendering water. This work has about eight layers of pigment for the water. I just kept dripping it until I got the desired effect.
